1968 - Medicinal Springs Were Found by Chance. The Medicinal springs of Hajduszebeszle, Eastern Hungary, the first of which was found by chance during oil prospecting work, have a rich mineral and radium emanation content. The three springs supply a day nearly 6, 000, 000 litres of 73-78C degrees water, for the medicinal baths here and for the heating of the six storeyed Trade union Hotel Peace, opened in July 1963. these medicinal baths are curative for chronic arthritis, rheumatism, paralysis, womans diseases and frostbites.
