Feb. 02, 1954 - Greek prisoners Of War Return From Other Side Of Iron Certain Hostages From Hungary: A party of 501 Greek prisoners aboard the s.s. Miaculis, from Venice. These people were living in villages near the boarder and were forced across the frontier behind the Iron curtain between the years 1947-49. A total of 1231 are being returned to Greece from Hungary.
