Oct. 10, 1958 - Austrian became Police boss of the Negus; The Austrian upper police council Dr. Felix Reichelt is ordered to form a modern police army in Addis Abeba. Empereor Haile Selassie had asked the Austrian government to lend an experienced police expert as advisor. Dr. Reichelt probably will stay three years in Ethiopia
