Feb. 28 Occupation Forces In Vienna Get A New Site For Their Change Of Guard Ceremony: In it's session of October 30th, the Allied council decided that the change of guard ceremonies take place at the Heldenplatz in front of the former imperial places as the Justizpalast Quarters used previously by the Four in a jeep are restituted to Austrian Authorities!.
