Mar. 02 Vienna Innkeeper Claims World Pot Carrying Championship Twenty-Two At A Time: Vienna Innkeeper Karl Schulz was very annoyed when he learned that the title World Pot Carrying Championship had been given to New York Waiter Max Semmer - as he was able to carry sixteen pots at one time. Karl proves that he is able to carry a table of Twenty-Two post at the time - in the Correct manner. Karl who learned the art as a waiter apprentice of the Deutsches Haus in Bruenn - where he and his ten colleagues rivaled in the art of carrying pots - and he easily outstripped the rest.Karl insists that the correct way to carry the mus is by the handles only - and the upper mugs must not touch the beer in the bottom pots.
