Feb. 02, 1984 - Secretary-general Visits Hungary: Secretary-General Javier Pernea de Cuellar paid an official visit to Hungary between 23 and 25 February as part of his late February tour of Eastern Europe, which also included official visits to poland, Czechoslovakia, and Bulgaria. During his Hungarian stay, javier Perez de Cuellar (dark coat) was shown the sights of Budapest.
