Oct. 10, 1973 - Sec girl Doreen wants to legalise pornography: Doreen Millington, the glamarous sex-magazine editor, has launched a big campaign to legalise pornography, She wants to end the police raids on London's pornbrokers and she is all set to flood the capital with half-a-million specially printed leaflest in the form of a petition for members of the public to sign. Doreen, aged 23, runs several glamour magazines in Forest Gate, London. They include titles such as The London Sex Guide, The Dirty Joke Book, Private and Blackbuster'. Explaining her case Doreen said, so meany people want and need pornography and I can't see that the law has any right to stop them.
