Jul. 25, 1977 - Runaway Editor Returns To Unnecessary Violence Mr. Maurice Honez, Communist editor of the union newspaper, Yorkshire Miner, who ran away to Germany and asked for political asylum, returned to London of his own free will accompanied by Arthur Scargill, the Miners President. Met by policemen, Mr. Jones was carried off by force after he had tried to insist on seeing his solicitor. He appeared at Willesen Magistrates Court and was released on ?2000 bail.
