Feb. 26 Baby heather Gets Her First Perm'.: Heather Tully walked into a beauty salon at Wetlea, New Seaham, Co. Durham - yesterady clutching her mother's hand - and settled down to her first Permanent Wave. Heirdresser Pat Gilchrist said that the perm took almost an hour - and Heather - who is twenty months old was as good as gold - in fact - the perfect customer no complaints. Her mother - Mrs. Nora wife of a garage mechanic - says that Heather's hair is straight and so she will have a perm at least once a year.
