Feb. 25 Flat Dwellers Club together to buy kids rooftop swimming pools in Tokyo.: Tenants of a block of flats in Tokyo. Japan who started a weekly some months a go to buy roof-top swimming pools for their children them installed. The weekly collection was 10 Yen (about three family). The round shaped pools are made of plastic and have four plexisg through which the parents can watch the antics of their children that they are safe while in the water.
