1962 - Birthday of Boy Who In A Coma Seven Months The sun shone for Robin Rae on his birthday - the birthday his family feared he would never see. Robin, of Romford, Essex, was in a coma for Seven Months after a road accident - until a few days ago. One eye opened, then, the other, and Robin was able to sit up and see the birthday feast laid on Oldchurch Hospital, Romford.
