This medal is the appreciation for him having saved last winter little girl, who had fallen into a pond. At that time peter was spending, together with his parents, his time with relatives who live on the other side of the barbed wire'. The authorities did not forget this exploit and sent him now this unpolitical decoration, together with a document which appreciates his act
