Mar. 03, 1973 - Lady Pamela Sharples Speaks to the Press: Lady Pamela Sharples. widow of the late Governor of Bermuda, invited members of the world Press to Government House, Hamilton, Bermuda last evening to counteract what she termed exaggerated reports of unrest on the island, following the assassination of her husband. Flanked by her daughters Miranda (left) and Fiona, she spoke movingly of her months in Bermuda with sir Richard, saying, This has been the most glorious experience of both over lives. Nowhere bhere have we found anything but great, great friendliness. They're a lovely people and this (murder) won't change them
