Sep. 09, 1952 - Final of the London waiters and waitresses Steeplechase at Festival Gardens.: The final of the London Waitresses and waiters steeplechase - organised by the Bat te rs festival Authorities - was held at the Festival Gardens this afternoon. The waiters and waitresses each carried a tra with a bottle and two filled glasses. Photo shows Enid Soffe, of Llandudno, drinking champagne form the cup which she won after winning the final of the race today
