Baking - Butchers - Cooking - Drink - Food

Jan. 05, 1956 - Deep-frozen buns are now available in Berlin. A clever baker discovered the eye of Columbus. He took the freshly-baked bread rolls, baked at 80 degrees, out of the oven and cooled them in the freezer at -20 degrees. Whenever he needs fresh bread rolls, he pulls them out of the refrigerator and sets them in the oven for three minutes at a temperature of 200+ degrees. By doing so they are fresh and crispy
