Nov. 28, 1956 - The National Apprentice Cook Competition was held at the Hospitality School of Paris yesterday, during which the Best Young Kitchen Hand in France was chosen based on his execution of the two following plates: Florentine Brill Supreme and American Grilled Chicken'. 18 year-old Mr. Jean Piedalu won the title.
