Feb. 29 http:/British - Made Kitchens In The London Hilton Hotel: Under what is beklived to be the largest order of its typpe for any hotel in Briatain, allied Ironfounders LTD have manufactured and installed Kitchen equiment for the London Hilton FHotel. Built too HIlton Hotels International specifications, the units are in stainless steel with all welded tabular frames. The equipment was supplied for the Main, Banqueting and Grill Kitchens, the Trader Vic's Restaurant, Roof Restaurant, Employees Cafeteria, bars and Bulk Preparation an pantry areas. Manufacture was at the Falkirk and Sheffield works of Allied Iron founders. Photo Shows Petits fours and bread and roll cabinets manufactured in stainless steel by Allied Ironfounders, in the bakers shop (part of the 3rd floor bulk preparation and pantry area)
