Feb. 29 JOVIALITY OF BERLIN IN THE CHANGING OF THE TIME The time had changed - the pubs of Berlin evidently not. At the place of the beer-gardens of the turn of the Century (appendix) is stepped the beer-palace. (Our picture). Nostalgically like that time, with beer and a lot of mood. Also in the corner-taverns no big changes - only the costs of the beer are higher. But this fact is no-one holding offfdrinking beer
