Feb. 29 After the broth and all other ingredients have been mixed in the dough maker, the dough is cut in measured size, dropped into baking pans, and then sent to proof racks where it is allowed to rise under carefully controlled conditions of heat and moisture. In photograph, the dough is being placed on moving belt that will carry it through the oven. Freshly baked loves of Sunbeam Bread are emerging from the oven on their way to the cooling process
