Cookery class prepares for Christmas: Cookery Teacher Mrs. Marsden keeps a watchful eye and gives instructions as four young students help mix the Christmas Puddings at Ashmole School, Whetstone. The boys are L-R: Alan Mitchell (15) of East Barnet: Davd Betteridge (15) of Southgate; Terry Hoeffler (16) of East Barnet and Tony Taylor (15) of London Colny. The boys attend a Cookery course on an afternoon a week for two years - when some of them decide to take up cookery as a career
