Aug. 07, 1963 - Pictured here is Dieter Kuehn as he enjoys a cold drink. He is the owner, and now the sole patron, of his pleasure cruise boat Blankenburg. The boat was forced to close by the Berlin Senate. Their reason was that the water in the area and on the boat was found to be contaminated. Now all the owner can do is wait and hope that the closure will be revoked and he can get back to business
