Dec. 12, 1971 - The home secretary competes in the final of the wine taster of the year competition: Mr. Reginald Naudling, the Home Secretary, was among the 28 finalists, competing in the final of the Wine taster of the Year contest at the Savoy Hotel, London, today, Bryan Gale, 47, of Basingstoke, Hampshire, the reigning wine Tester of the Year, was judged the winner of today's competition. Photo shows Mr. Bryan Gale, garage owner, who was adjudges this year's winner, and Dorothy Cairns smith, housewife, of Glasgow, winner of the Ladie's prize, toast each other after receiving their award today
