Sep. 28, 1973 - Cooking is but another form of art, they say: Mr. Gunter Scherer (our photo), head cook of a renowned hotel in Dusseldorf, however, thought he should try another field of art for a change. For this purpose he used these gigantic lobster shells and created sort of a mini-cook out of them. The lobster was judged by its size, to be at least 100 years old. The meat yet was very tasty, said the hotel's guests to whom it was served
