Dec. 12, 1972 - English Sausages off to America for Contest.: 250 lbs of English sausages were leaving London today for Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. where they will be judged for taste in a big 900-people sausage contest against its American counterpart. A reception was held before the departure, at BOAC Terminal, Buckingham Palace Road.
