Housewives in Literal, Kansas and in Olney, Bucks, took part today in a two - part 415 yard pancake race during which the pancakes had to be tossed at least three times. The junior chamber of Commerce, Liberal, sent a pressure cooker - suitably inscribed to be awarded to the winner - and a duplicate was awarded to the American winner.
