Jul. 07, 1957 - Red Skelton And His Son Arrive In Stockholm Round-The-World Trip: Popular comedian Red Skelton and his son Richard - with other members of their family - arrived in Stockholm on the second leg of their round-the-world trip. Richard suffers from incurable Leukaemia - and specialists say he had not more than a year to live. Red decided to give the boy the round-the-world trip in an effort to give him as much happiness as possible.
