Matthews this afternoon took on the role of Umpire at Britain's first Scotch Pouring Contest held at Londonderry house. Competing were Britain's top bartenders. The competitors used shot glasses - which have a white line painted around them - and they have to pour whisky exactly up to the line - without using a measure.
