Feb. 26 Big'op goes into hospital: Billy Smart's Circus went into Victoria Hospital, Blackpol, yesterday - for 30 minutes. Cmps, elephants, clowns and all. children sat up in bed and cheered. It was the treat of their life. One of the patients was 18-months-old grandson oof Billy Smart, Sirgay Polok, who had lots of fun with clown Diego Gonzales. They had planned to put on a show in the grounds, but the matron thought it was too cold. So the circus went in. Photo shows Billy Smart's grandson Sirgay and clown Diego Gonzales
