May 15, 1970 - With a huff and a puff ? Muscleman Narain Dadhria is a sure-fire hit at parties. For he blows up hot water bottles with his mouth. Narain, who took up weightlifting four years ago to build up his physique, inflates bottles until they are more than two feet across and almost bursting. He wears a shield across his eyes just in case. Narain, 21, of Apaley Road, Bedford, said he first got the idea of blowing up the bottles from an American weightlifter on television. ?I didn?t manage it at first, he said. In fact it took me nearly six months before I could fully inflate a bottle. And even then it was an old one, which are much easier to do than one straight from the shop. ?But now I can do one straight off, ? he said. Narain, who works as a miller with Vauxhall Motors in Bedford, would like to be a professional muscleman and spends most of his spare time weightlifting and doing exercise
