Dec. 12, 1970 - Bob Hope's Christmas tour Begins in England. Comedian Bob Hope yesterday began his World Tour of American Bases at R.A.F. Lakenheath in Norfolk, and troops from many nearby bases attended. The tour will cover England, West Germany, the 6th. Fleet in the Mediterranean, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea and Alaska and back in Hollywood on December 29th. Among those accompanying Bob Hope are actress Ursula Andress and Jenny Hosten, Miss World 1971.
