Jan. 01, 1977 - CHORUS LINE GIVEN A MONTH TO FIND BRITISH STAR: After Elizabeth Seal was sacked from the leading part in the all-British musical production of A Chorus Line it was thought that the show would be pulled off the London stage next week because it had no star, so Donna McKechnie American wife of the Director of the show Michael Bennett was given consent reluctantly by Equity to stand in for four weeks until British star found.
