Ban the Bomb protesters cause disruption at rocket site

Dec. 22, 1958 - 22-12-58 Forty-five arrested at Rocket Site demonstration. Forty five people were arrested during the weekend in the protest organised by the Direct Action Committee Against Nuclear War at Swaffham, Norfolk. Many of the demonstrators will spend Christmas in jail because they refused to give the police an undertaking that they would not return to the site.
