Band Members Permits Set to Expire
Oct. 14, 1961 - Munich, Germany - Cuban musician CIANGO is a member of a five man band playing in the best and most expensive night clubs of America and Europe. The foreign musicians only have limited working permits, and one for the five Cubans expires on Oct. 15th, 1961. Ciango who is here seen standing alone with his guitar in the Munich Ludwighstrasse at the fountain in front of the University. He does know what to do if he does not get a working permit
