Feb. 02, 1954 - Gigli Arrives For Concert Tour Of Britain. Will Be Sued By Jack Hylton For Breach of Contract: Beniamino Gigli, the Italian tenor, arrived to Dover today to begin a concert tour of Britain, starting at the Albert Hall on Saturday Feb. 20th, under the management of Mr Glorinasky. Mr. Jack Hylton, the impressario, has issued a writ for damages for alleged breach of contract against Gigli regarding his comming tour. Mr Hylton alleges that it had been agreed that it had been agreed that he should book the tenor.
