Jun. 06, 1956 - I Want Babies Kathy is here: The American singer, Kathy Barr, whose ambition in life is to be a mother, arrived in London last night for a night a club date. Kathy, seen here at Plymouth after landing from the Ile de France, is asking a New York court to annul her marriage to a 54-year old night club owner - because, she says, he won't let her have babies. Said Kathy aged 23: he agreed with me about having the children, but after the wedding he kept stalling and stalling'. She alleges he told her: I told you we would have kids because I knew that was the only way to get you, and, says Kathy, he lied about his age
