May 05, 1958 - TOMMY STEELE INJURED WHEN MOBBED BY GIRL ROCK-N-ROLL FANS IN DUNDEE. Tommy Steele was mobbed by teenage rock-n-roll fans after a concert in Dundee last night - and he received injuries to his arm. The girls twisted his arm - ripped his shirt off - and pulled out tufts of his hair. He has had to postpone his appearances in Edinburgh and Newcastle.
