Jul. 07, 1959 - The Poni tails arrive. The American teenage close harmony singing trio The Poni Tails (Toni Cistone, Laverne Novak and Pattie McCabe, arrived at London Airport today. The girls will be seen in B.B.C TV's Dumbeat on July 11, 18 and 26. Their first disc, Born Too Late sold over 100, 000 copies in the first eight days after its release in America.
