Aug. 08, 1962 - POP SINGER SENT DOWN FROM LONDON UNIVERSITY Pop singer MIKE SARNE, 22, who is in his second year at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies reading for a B.A. in Russian (his parents are both graduates of Prague University), has been suspended from London University. Mike (real name Scheuer)got to the top of the Hit Parade with the song Come Outside'. The authorities have rusticated him for a year for failing his end-of-term exams.
