Oct. 10, 1962 - A flash-play is found out by Herbert Neyer (Herbert Neyer), wa9i9ter in the restaurant Halensee Terrace in Berlin. This flash-play is acting as a carillon, Herbert Neyer is only using wine - and spirits - flashs instead of bells, because Mr. Neyer has found out, that each of the flashs has his particular sound, if they are hitting against. If Mr. Neyer has assorted the flashs according to the different sounds, he is able to produce accurate melodies with his flash-play
