Jul. 20, 1966 - Ed Byrnes, known as Kookie, is hoping for a new career on the television program 77 Sunset Strip. In a Berlin nightclub Kookie presents himself as a bar singer, but without his famous voice, for which television viewers would surely him. THAT voice is dubbed, however, and belongs to Hans Clarin. He hopes that, in spite of that, he will in due course have many fans in Germany through the series
