Jun. 06, 1969 - The Foundations get security for Protection for the Journey to recording studios: The Foundations, Pop Group yesterday arrived at a London recording studios in a heavily armoured Securior vehicle. This was because they had with them the Press and Disc Jockey copies of their new album Digging The Foundations'. This album was placed under special security three weeks ago when it was discovered that three weeks ago when it was discovered that three songs on it had been pinched by other artists. No copies were allowed out until today's press reception to prevent any of the other songs being covered before the Foundations album was in the shops. On the sleve of the album the Foundations are pictured in convict uniform to illustrate their recent hit single In the Bad, Bad old days. Photo shows The Foundations with their special Securior guard are seen on their arrival at the recording studios yesterday
