Mar. 03, 1970 - Lead singer of the Four Tops Pop group on drugs charge: Levi Stubbs, lead singer of the FOUR TOPS pop group, who have made many hits in the U.S. and Britain, was taken to West End Central police station last night, where he was charged with possessing drugs, and illegal possession of firearms, following a raid by detectives at the Mayfair Hotel, London, where the group are staying. STUBBS appeared at Bow Street court this morning.
