1969 - Barry Ryan arrives back home after being seriously burned in a studio accident in Munich Pop singer Barry Ryan, who was seriously burned in a studio accident in Munich recently, was flown back to Britain today with his face, arms and hands swathed in bandages. Travelling with him was his mother, singer Marion Ryan, who flew to Munich to visit her son in hospital. They were met at London Airport by Barry's twin borther, Paul, at one time part of the brothers singing act, but who now writes songs.
