Feb. 02, 1979 - The Reflections Launch Their New Single Whenever I'm Away From You': Reflections, one of Britain's top harmony group have launched their new single this week called Whenever I'm Away From You, the group who began their career as Splinter came up against a problem when ex-Beatles George Harrison chose a group called Splinter to Launch his new Dark Horse record label. So the members of Splinter mark I gave in gracefully and renamed their group Reflections, Now fate, in the shape of an American soul group named the Reflections, has reared its head once again - but this time Reflections are standing their ground and refuse to again change their name again.
