Feb. 02, 1979 - Johnny Rotten shocked by sex film: Punk star Johnny Rotten seen arriving at the Law Courts today he wants to end a contract the original Sex Pistols signed with Mr. MoLaren. A Judge was told about a sex film that was so shocking that even Johnny Rotten would not appear in. The film was planned for the Sex Pistols by their manager Malcolm McLean, was Obacane and Offensive and Rotten claimed it would damage his career. So dispite a £200.000 advance offer from Warner Brothers studios the singer turned it down. And his now asking Mr Justice Browne-Wilkinson in the high court for an order banning Mr McLean from calling himself Rotten's agent.
