Jul. 07, 1979 - City Celebrity Patti Boulaye Meets the Lord Mayor. Singing Star Patti Boulaye, currently appearing at the Savoy Hotel, London, is one of the few, if not the only, show business personality to live within the boundries of the City of London. Today, Patti, who lives in the Barbican called on the Lord Mayor at the Mansion House. She was there as one of the participants in the Fitness for all health week which starts on July 9th.
