Bao Dai, Emperor of Vietnam, in France
Aug. 3, 1953 - Nice, France - BAO DAI (born Prince Nguyen Phuc Vinh Thuy) was the 13th and last ruler of the Nguyen Dynasty, and the last emperor to rule Vietnam.
