Barbara Castle, Minister of Transport, Port of London
Mar. 03, 1967 - Mrs Barbara Castle, Minister of Transport today visited the Port of London. She left Battersea this morning by helicopter, passed over London and St. Katherine Docks, the India and Millwall Docks, landing at Tilbury Docks. During her four hour visit to Tilbury the Minister saw new developments that are taking place, the roll-on roll-off facilities, container berths and various other berths.
