Bearers of the Ritterkreuz, Knight's Cross, Ratisbon

Oct 25, 1959; GERMANY; The Association of bearers of the Ritterkreuz at a meeting in Ratisbon, Germany, in 1959. A climax of this meeting, a speech by German Minister of Defence Franz Josef Strauss, had to be cancelled because the Minister had to attend to other duties. The members of the association put down wreaths for the 2000 bearers of the Ritterkreuz, killed during World War II.
