The Beatles arrive at the airport, Munich, Germany

Jun. 06, 1966 - The Beatles in Germany: They will perform in Munich, Essen and Hamburg. At 12.40 o'clock arrived today the BEA flight at the airport Munich-Riem, coming from London, with the very much awaited singer-quartet on board. After this went the Beatles to the hotel Bayerischer Hof where they will live the next two days. On June 24th they will give two concerts: at 17.15 o'clock and at 21.00 o'clock. On Saturday -with the special train of the Bundesbahn, with the saloon carriages in which Queen Elizabeth visited Germany a year ago - will the Beatles go to Essen and them to Hamburg.
